Founder’s Story

Parker Promise Foundation was created from a place of love, faith, and the belief that everyone deserves an opportunity to build a better future.

The foundation was established in honor of Margaret Denise Parker, a woman whose compassion, strength, and dedication to helping others left a lasting impact on everyone who knew her. She believed deeply in lifting people up, offering encouragement, and reminding others that difficult circumstances do not define a person’s future.

After her passing in 2024, the foundation was created by her daughter to continue the spirit of her legacy and the values she lived by—kindness, resilience, and a commitment to helping others find hope and opportunity.

Through workforce development programs focused on CDL training and employment opportunities, Parker Promise Foundation works to support single mothers and individuals reentering society after incarceration. The goal is simple but powerful: to help people gain the skills, confidence, and opportunities needed to build stable careers and brighter futures.

Every life changed through this program is a continuation of Margaret Denise Parker’s legacy—a promise that compassion, opportunity, and second chances can transform lives.

Her work focuses on creating programs that provide access to CDL training, mentorship, and career placement support for individuals seeking a second chance.

The inspiration for the foundation comes from the life and legacy of her late mother, Margaret Denise Parker, whose compassion, strength, and dedication to helping others left a lasting impact on her family and community. After her mother's passing in 2024, Atletris created the foundation to honor her memory and continue the spirit of service, encouragement, and generosity that she embodied.
